Our team is committed to innovation and excellence, and we are currently looking for a driven and skilled CMM Specialist Metrologist to join our growing team.As a CMM Specialist Metrologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of manufactured components through advanced metrology techniques. You will be responsible for operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and conducting measurements to assess conformity to specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of metrology principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- Set up and operate CMM equipment to perform dimensional and geometric inspections of components.- Develop and execute measurement programs for CMM based on engineering drawings and specifications.- Analyze measurement results and document findings, ensuring accuracy and traceability.- Identify measurement discrepancies and collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.- Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure high levels of accuracy and reliability.- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing measurement processes and techniques.- Prepare reports and metrics related to measurement results, including deviations and trends.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in CMM operation and programming, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).- Experience with CMM software (e.G., Polyworks, Calypso, etc.) and metrology equipment.- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in measurement tasks.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in metrology and quality assurance.- Experience with laser scanning and other non-contact measurement techniques is a plus.**Benefits**We offer- Base salary- Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan)- 15 days bonus- 25% vacation bonus- 12 days of vacation (From the first year)- Social Security- PTU/Profit Sharing
