Thanks to our global experience and strong technical knowledge we can develop and support from the original concept to the design, product development, production systems and implementation.In Mexico we are registered and certificated to provide engineering services as specialized services company.Welcome to the Engineer's home ALTEN!**Activities**:Participate onsite for Breadboard or Vehicle Support- Execute Breadboard / Vehicle functional testing and issue identification, tracking, and troubleshooting and reporting results to the lead engineer for further analysis.- Support Breadboard / Vehicle reflash, configuration, and calibration- Support Issues resolution meetings with stakeholders.- Acquire and tracking testing procedures or verification methods.- Support Software flash and log data recording and reporting to client for further analysis.- Support Vehicle/Breadboard fit for test either with hardware issues, or setting up software or requesting to activate services in cloud servers.- Report, document and store issues in designated repository (i.E.:JIRA)Participate Onsite Pre-Production Test Support- TT, PP and MP1 Vehicle level functional testing and issue identification reporting results to the lead engineer for further analysis.- Support Voice of the Customer fleet: Flash and Data recording and reporting to for further analysis.- Support Flash and Data recording and reporting to client for further analysis.**Requirements**:Eduacational Background and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in vehicle testing, troubleshooting, or similar automotive roles (internships or hands-on projects acceptable).Technical Skills:- Basic knowledge of vehicle functional testing and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with reflashing, configuration, and calibration of automotive systems.- Understanding of testing procedures, verification methods, and data recording.- Experience with issue tracking tools like JIRA (or willingness to learn)
