**Data Engineer**
**Resource Description**
- Ensure that technical systems and equipment operate optimally for end users
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise in end-user environments
- Solution Implementation: Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality
- Documentation: Guides and procedures related to the technologies implemented in end user environments
- Training: In the use of tools to support the end-user environment
- Reports: Use, status and incident of systems and services for the end user
**Requirements**:
- Creation of Reports, Dashboards and Data Query.
- Script Creation Testing and QA for global end-user configurations
- Creation of End User Guides and training for GSC and FSO
- Documentation of processes and generation of presentations
- Analysis and resolution of problems in end-user environments (Windows 11 / O365 / System Center Client / Intune)
**Responsibilities**
Present project progress and definitions Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments. Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments. Train support groups
