MXN 200,000 - 400,000As part of a year-long project to re-architect software stacks to behave in a cloud-native fashion, we are hiring a project manager to support a project team of Engineers to analyze, design, implement, and test AWS workloads. These workloads are all based on codebases developed when we were still on-prem. We are now fully cloud-native (multicloud) and these targeted applications/workloads need refactored to behave in a cloud-native fashion. Cloud-native broadly refers to a model where compute resources and services are consumed, and costs are incurred, in a manner that scales consistently with the volume of transactions or customer demand.In this role you will be responsible for:Collaborating on business requirementsPrioritizing team backlogWriting functional specifications in user story formTracking work delivery activitiesProviding a weekly status report detailing key accomplishments, financial KPIs, risks, and mitigation strategies.ResponsibilitiesPeople and Organization Enablement:Perform Team Health Checks with recurring feedbackDefine and execute communication strategy and execution for stakeholdersPerform change impact analysisBusiness Product Management:Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership on financial goals and benchmarks for successPrioritize work activities through a combination of stakeholder input, business value, and cost to achieveCurate the opportunity roadmap by establishing a delivery plan in collaboration with stakeholdersProgram Management:Operate the project using DPG agile delivery management processes and policiesEstablish and refine charters through the identification of cost savings/restructuring opportunities and collaborate with software developers to assess the feasibility of software solutionsCollaborate with software developers to establish development, testing, and deployment plansManage the schedule and identify, communicate, and resolve blockers to the schedulePerform a risk assessment throughout product developmentDefine and revise decision-making models to guide teams through executionSchedule meetings, establish agenda, ensure necessary participants are available, document and synthesize highlights and communicate outward key action items, owners, and due datesTop must-haves:5 years Technical Project/Product Manager ExperienceExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) - clear and concise to zoom in and zoom out based on visibility of the projectTechnical skills knowledge with surface level understanding of technical teamsBasic Project ManagementExperience with Jira, Confluence, AWS Cloud NativeExperience in Spark a plusAdaptability to new ways of working and changesOpenness to learning processes and how things are doneWork independently and with teamComfort in operating under weakness, inquisitive and troubleshootAbility to accept feedback, proposals, and criticism#J-18808-Ljbffr
