The Technical Program Management team owns and supports engineering programs and projects that improve the performance and reliability of our systems as well as the operations of our internal teams. Although our ownership areas are spread across our full Core Tech landscape, this TPM role will be embedded within our Real World Evidence business and is responsible for organizing and facilitating the technical execution of complex custom data projects.
What You'll DoLearn the flow of the different phases of custom data work, including: expectations of scoping vs. execution, upstream and downstream dependencies, available tooling, and interface points with associated teams.Serve as the primary point of contact for project requests, creating tickets for engineers and helping to assign resources based on capacity and skills.In collaboration with an engineering manager, lead scrum ceremonies and assist with prioritizing work based on capacity and urgency.Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to determine ticket requirements and prioritization.Capture and curate data in order to inform project staffing and process improvements.About the Candidate3+ years of experience in operations, product, technical project manager, or technical program manager roles.Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort discussing complex technical concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.Metrics and data-driven, strong skills in Jira and Google Sheets.Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple project areas with competing deadlines.Extra CreditScrum certification.Basic understanding of SQL.Experience in healthtech, particularly oncology or pharma.Demonstrated ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and their impact on product requirements.Required Working Hours9am - 5pm ET, with minor deviations acceptable.
