This position requires 40 hours availability per week.The Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer will also provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them with the New Product Playbook.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft 365 products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
