ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry.
As a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, a global leader in engineering and information technology, we provide specialized solutions for engineering and technology projects across industries.The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and initiatives specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
This includes developing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, and providing training to employees on HSE matters.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HSE principles and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures specific to the pharmaceutical industryConduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards in the pharmaceutical facilityMaintain and update records related to incidents, near misses, and safety inspectionsProvide training to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in the pharmaceutical industryInvestigate accidents and incidents in the pharmaceutical facility, identify root causes, and develop corrective actionsCoordinate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and emergency response teams, that are relevant to the pharmaceutical industryMonitor HSE performance indicators specific to the pharmaceutical industry and develop improvement plans as neededRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industryBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fieldKnowledge of local HSE regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical industryProfessional certification in HSE (e.G., NEBOSH, ISO 45001) is preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProactive mindset and ability to work independentlyBenefits:Base salaryMajor Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan)15 days bonus25% vacation bonus12 days of vacation (From the first year)Social SecurityPTU/Profit SharingBiweekly food vouchersApply for this job#J-18808-Ljbffr
