.**Service Business Manager - Mexico**JOB PURPOSE**This is a sales/business development role with responsibility for the achievement of the Global Service(GS) financial goals for the defined territory.The Service Business Manager is required to plan, structure, develop and deliver the sales strategy and targets for the full service portfolio in the defined territory while ensuring a focus on Customer Satisfaction and the achievement of the company's goals for services development.**RESPONSIBILITIES**The Service Business Manager reports to and supports the GS Sales Lead in executing the services strategy and delivering the services sales targets, in line with the common vision of the organization and always maximizing the Customer Satisfaction.**Job Duties**:- Achieve the sales target and monitor revenue streams for the assigned territory, in new maintenance, renewals, Advanced Services, Professional Services and Educational Services- Communicate the GS value proposition to end customers and partners- Present, position, promote and sell the full portfolio of GS services (Partner and Direct Maintenance Services, Advanced Services, Professional and Educational Services) to the designated customer set.- Own the services sales outcome and have the ability to negotiate directly as required with partners and end customers in order to close and secure CSS business.- Liaise with the service delivery functions (JTAC, PS, AS, ES) with the objective to tailor the best GS value proposition for customers/partners- Execute a structured process of opportunity management ensuring timely updating and accuracy of CRM and reporting systems.- Forecast GS bookings on a weekly basis- Work in complete alignment with the chosen outsourced renewals partners to maximise renewal rates.- Interact with the sales teams to drive on time renewals and maintenance at point of product sale- Evangelize the services portfolio strategy, goals, objectives to the sales and partner teams, building awareness, support and enthusiasm for Services within Juniper.- Assist the sales organization on large RFQ/RFP bids by owning and driving the GS solution and response.- Develop the services component of key account plans- Develop complementary services sales strategies to the product sales force to increase overall Juniper market share and customer satisfaction- Assist in the positioning and sale of Juniper Networks services through Juniper Networks Authorized Partners and Resellers.- Establish and continuously develop relationships with the largest partners and customers in the sector.- Interfaces with Sales, Systems Engineers and Marketing leadership within the sector to structure the delivery and development of support and services, and drive results on strategic service initiatives.- Develop and position innovative service programs for continued growth of the services business and improved Customer Satisfaction in continuous alignment with the Sales Organization
