We are currently seeking a skilled Documentation Assembly Engineer to join our team. As a Documentation Assembly Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the assembly of technical documentation for engineering projects. You will work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely assembly of documentation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the assembly of technical documentation for engineering projects. Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information and technical specifications. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation. Organize and structure documentation according to project requirements. Verify the consistency and integrity of information in the documentation. Ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project deadlines. Identify and communicate any potential issues or risks related to documentation assembly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for documentation processes and methodologies. Follow up and update the timing/project for the tracking of differents models of engines assembly line supervisor Follow and control the critical path and dates with the suppliers. Deliverables for implementation of the equipment at station level. RFQ's Delivered to Purchasing for Long Lead/Critical Parts ,Manufacturing Floor Plan & Work Station Layout , PFMEA Completed for Critical Risks ,Assembly process defined , Supplier Progress Report - Status to Plan, PFMEA: Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis , Control Plan: Verification systems and frequency plan ,Machinery Run-Off & Qualification Plan Developed ,Machinery Run-Off at Supplier plant. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in documentation assembly for engineering projects. Strong knowledge of technical documentation standards and requirements. Proficiency in document management software and tools. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Experience in the Automotive or Engineering consulting industry (preferred). Experience with creating PFMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is a must. Experience creating control plans is a must. Experience with CAD software for layout design, such as Autocad is a must. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations related to assembly lines is desirable. MS Project is a must Experience with combustion engine is a plus Above the law
