We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacture Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing process for engine assembly, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead the assembly manufacturing process for engines, ensuring efficient production and meeting quality standards.Develop manufacturing processes and machinery for the assembly of internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles.Evaluate safety, ergonomics, quality, and cycle time for the development of manufacturing processes.Work in teams and manage tooling suppliers to communicate specifications and regulations for the development of assembly machinery and equipment.Perform buy-off of machinery and equipment at supplier facilities.Create documentation to meet quality and environmental requirements during the design, manufacturing, commissioning, and delivery of production-ready machinery and equipment.Organize the validation of tooling and equipment on-site for setup and release for mass production.Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and output.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration of the assembly process.Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, such as equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies.Develop and maintain documentation related to assembly processes, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flowcharts.Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize the assembly process, reduce defects, and improve overall efficiency.Participate in the selection and procurement of equipment and tools necessary for the assembly process.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components, and resolve any quality or logistical issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in assembly manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of engine assembly processes and equipment.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Advanced English.Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with different stakeholders.Strong planning and organizational skills.Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.Good project management skills.Basic interpretation of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings.AutoCAD.GD&T.SAP.BENEFITS: Private Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & Development
