Abogado Corporativo

**Job Objective**:Provide legal support and advice to various company departments to ensure compliance with applicable legal obligations, with a particular focus on lease and supplier contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in drafting, delivering, and following up on legal documents.- Process and manage requests for granting powers of attorney.- Support the drafting of Intercompany Service Agreements and Intercompany Loan Agreements.- Collaborate on implementing policies, processes, and forms related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.- Prepare powers of attorney and other auxiliary documents for legal procedures.- Coordinate and/or support certified translations with official experts.- Assist in managing cases with external law firms.- Coordinate basic legal procedures with notaries.- Provide support to the Legal Manager in reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and internal templates.- Assist in drafting and modifying lease agreements, loan-for-use agreements, and related amendments.
**Desired Profile**:- **Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Law.- **Experience**:3-5 years in corporate legal roles, preferably with experience in lease and supplier contracts.- **Languages**:Advanced English (proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts in English).
