Abogado Corporativo

**Job Objective**:
Provide legal support and advice to various company departments to ensure compliance with applicable legal obligations, with a particular focus on lease and supplier contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, delivering, and following up on legal documents.
- Process and manage requests for granting powers of attorney.
- Support the drafting of Intercompany Service Agreements and Intercompany Loan Agreements.
- Collaborate on implementing policies, processes, and forms related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.
- Prepare powers of attorney and other auxiliary documents for legal procedures.
- Coordinate and/or support certified translations with official experts.
- Assist in managing cases with external law firms.
- Coordinate basic legal procedures with notaries.
- Provide support to the Legal Manager in reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and internal templates.
- Assist in drafting and modifying lease agreements, loan-for-use agreements, and related amendments.
**Desired Profile**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- **Experience**:3-5 years in corporate legal roles, preferably with experience in lease and supplier contracts.
- **Languages**:Advanced English (proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts in English).
