Responsibilities Provide legal advice to various departments within the company.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Advise on corporate governance issues and regulatory compliance matters.
Conduct legal research to support the company's interests in various legal matters.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations as required.
Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures to promote best practices.
Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws that may impact the company.
Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or related field.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
