By overseeing various aspects of academic administration and promotion, and contributes to the achievement of the institution's educational goals and enhances its reputation within the academic community.**Key responsibilities**- PREPARATION OF PROTOCOL STRUCTURE: Develop and maintain the protocol including registration process forms, regulations, compilation of teachers' curricula, and academic support documents. Ensure the quality of photos for the website and other promotional materials.- MONITORING AND UPDATING IN DIGITAL MEDIA: Monitor digital media platforms for engagement and update content as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness.- CONTENT WRITING AND STRUCTURAL SUPPORT: Create content for various platforms including the website, diploma brochure, and news/articles for online publication. Integrate supporting information for the business plan, including the correct writing of job profiles and sales procedures.- MONITORING: Oversee the operation of the website and registration process, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.- SUPPORT IN MARKETING: Assist in organizing marketing activities and events such as fairs, congresses, and forums.
