**Responsibilities**
- Execute transactional activities to support Subscriber Services Leads and Managers locally.
- Elaborate draft support responses for transactional activities on basic Apps support.
- Support action-projects.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Operations Management, and Industrial engineering fields or similar.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1-year relevant experience
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Adaptability, able to work on a fast pace and multitasking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Detail oriented, organized and customer focused
- Empathetic, positive attitude and proactiveness
