Job Requirements and Preferences:
**Required Skills**:
Active Confidencial Core HCM certification.
At least year of relevant Confidencial HCM Importante empresa and ability to work on multiple projects.
Functional knowledge in more than one HCM modules like Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Compensation.
Ability to perform HRIS operational dutir Confidencial HCM modules.
Hands on Importante empresa in business process configuration and building validation/condition rules.
Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Ability to help customers resolve issues in the Confidencial.
Ability to maintain the highest regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records
Preferred Skills:
Good to have other certifications like Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent, Benefits, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting certification.
Knowledge of Confidencial securiamework, setting up notifications.
Knowledge in creating Custelds, custom reports, calculatelds.
Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them.
Analyze Confidencial release updates to understand impacts ature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
Knowledge on using object transporter, Customer Centrr configuration and migration
