Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Vlocity/Omnistudio Developer, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to support business processes and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user stories, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices are followed in development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
**Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Vlocity/Omnistudio Developer, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions within specified timelines.
