You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm-wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm-wide success in the marketplace.Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes across 8 enablement teams; Talent Acquisition Enablement, Deployment Enablement, Talent Enablement Center, Third party Enablement, People Operations Enablement, Mobility Enablement, People Technology, People Operations Delivery and Solutions CoE. Third Party Enablement provides operational support to the US & Mexico firms. The role will interface daily with our clients, vendors and current and former staff in a professional manner that is consistent with PwC's brand and values.As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
