The UX Designer will work closely with the Senior UX Designer to design well-thought out and execute high-profile projects to completion, while collaborating with project partners across the company to deliver innovative & web experiences. The UX team will effectively articulate even the most abstract ideas, and strives to keep the lines of communication open at every point throughout the process.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:
Conducting competitive analyses of other technology solution providers that operate in the same space;
Preparing customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions;
Participating in creating a content development strategy;
Demonstrating proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as AdobeCC, Sketch, InVision, Pixate, aamer;
Demonstrating knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScripash, and CSS;
Coordinating with UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more;
Tracking usability goals and prepare reporr senior management;
Developing mockur our development and design team; and,
Conducting usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and creating a report showcasing yondings.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in:
Writing technically proficient surveys, inclusive of appropriate screening and demographic questions that appropriately mirror project's methodologies;
Collecting and analyzing survndings using logical and thorough analysis techniques;
Understanding of end user wants/needs;
Effectively representing/balancing the end-user perspective when providing insight and providing recommendations to improve user Importante empresa;

Using data analysis and synthesis;
