Creation, development, implementation and monitoring of cross-functional projects, as well as the assurance of tactical actions that support sales & retention results.Key**Responsibilities**:- Analyze the performance of **Nissan Connect Finder** by model, market trends, sales volume, and main competitors; Monitoring of Global, Regional and local KPIs and evaluating needs with the product team to propose actions to increase sales.- Carry out commercial offers to the end customer in synergy with the supplier on an annual basis and quarterly reviews.- Carry out incentive programs for the sales force that promote the adequate increase in sales of key connectivity products as well as monitoring and reporting to the commercial teams, the internal area and the dealer network.- Lead training for the distributor network on brand strategies and communication on connectivity products in synergy with the product team- Carry out Mystery Shoppers to better understand the current situation of the competition in terms of communication, commercial programs, benefits, etc.- Coordinate with the advertising agency the advertising materials, which are correctly located and have adequate exposure.- Propose and execute non-traditional advertising in points of sales to impact our person buyer.- Coordinate the communication actions of the 360-advertising agency based on the requirement and need of the business unit.- Development of information/support material for different areas such as: "Productips, presentations, training information, virtual room, impact metrics by Nissan model (for internal and external use); Make presentations and corporate reports.- Create, develop, implement and monitor communication actions that guarantee success in achieving objectives such as awareness and impact on sales growth.- Manage internal and external communication materials.- Carry out communication campaigns in synergy with CRM with a focus on data segmentation aligned to business needs, mainly renewals, increased frequency of APP use.- Maintain external relations with suppliers, others.- Manage the administrative functions of each project in a timely manner.- Make mostly digital communication materials with the advertising agency through briefing and review of deliverables.
