**Main Purpose**As an Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating and optimizing the import and export operations for our clients at the border. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the flow of goods, communicating with customers and carriers, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills. Working schedule is Friday to Sunday.**Responsibilities**- Sending daily reports.- Knowledge of importations and exportations.- Updating portals.- Communication with customers and carriers.- Transfer the flow of exports and imports- Coordinating pickups.- Follow up on deliveries.- Handling and control of crossing documents.**Skills**- Intermediate level of Office tools.- Communication skills.- Proactive.- Used to work under pressure.- Team work.- Advance English- Fully availability to work on weekends**Salary**: $23,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Logistics and transportation: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
