Account Coordinator

An international powerhouse industry that services more than 5,000 clients across the globe providing supply chain solutions is looking for an: ACCOUNT COORDINATORThis position will be interfacing directly with customers and suppliers, will place orders, and follow to completion. Must be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, and driven to provide exceptional customer service.Candidate will be updating spreadsheets on a daily and ongoing basis; a high attention to detail is critical.Time management and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.Occasional visits to customers and suppliers are required.Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, and warehouse etc. is strongly preferred but not required if similar skills are observed for the right candidate.Essential functions, duties, and responsibilities:Customer ServiceOrder processingOrder follow-up to completion (order placement to billing)Inventory maintenanceForecastingReporting – both manually in excel and in ERP systemUploading documents to ERP systemCommunicate with suppliersDaily maintenance of electronic filesKnowledge and abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and SpanishOffice suite a must Mid-level Excel, Word, PP, TeamsERP (will train)Experience in customer relationsExperience in Manufacturing/Sourcing/LogisticsDriven / takes ownershipResponsiveCritical thinkingHigh attention to detailSalary: $25,000 – $30,000 MXN gross salary per monthBenefits: Insurance of major medical expensesWorking hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm#J-18808-Ljbffr
