Description We are hiring an Account Coordinator Interior Designer that will be responsible for the design, standard's development, and account management for Steelcase's largest accounts.
The role leads the design before, during and after the sale process, from thought-starters to installation.
The designer must be proficient in our extensive product portfolio and have experience crafting proposals that utilize deep product knowledge and a keen understanding of the customer's business needs.
A SWS Interior designer needs be proficient in all stages of the design process while demonstrating the ability to complete detailed oriented work with accuracy.
The designer will lead the development of the furniture design strategy, solving intricate customer problems while exceeding expectations.What You Will Be DoingAs an Account Coordinator, you will lead the design and the strategic product selection, while creating and maintaining the design standards for Steelcase's top clients.
You will utilize your experience to provide solutions that effectively meet client needs and lead to the win of new business.As a designer, you will use your expertise to create solutions for complex design scenarios on key accounts, taking on substantial responsibility.You will confidently apply design best practices for common to complex problems while identifying gaps and crafting ideas for product solutions.
Your contributions will help the company win strategic business and achieve success.You will use your experience to plan, organize and direct multiple large projects, working with both internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
You will implement your project management skills to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects, while collaborating with a range of stakeholders.You will be responsible for documenting and structuring design-related information, to provide necessary direction and training to dealers and other Steelcase partners.
Your expertise will assist them in the successful execution of projects, ensuring that Steelcase achieves its goals and objectives.Who You Are: Required Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design.Advanced English is a must.
