Account Customer Service (Otay)

Being the main contact between customers and Company, this position follows up on his client's orders, informing and making sure that the product is delivered and installed in time and form, staying within budget.Requires communication with Production, Purchasing, Quoting, and Installation departmentsRequired to successfully relay pertinent information to internal and external customers.**Main duties**:Collect the details of the production order, such as measurements, materials, design specifications, prototypes, scheduling of production materials, among others. Production of unique pieces ( Hospitality business: bedspreads, curtains, blinds, cushions, curtains, blinds, automictic and / or personalized blinds)Responsible for delivering on time and within budget.To solve or assist solving Production, Installation, and Purchasing challenges.Average 50 accounts, in USA & Mexico**Salary**: $850.00 - $1,100.00 per day
