The primary job function of the Account Development Representative is to promote Volteo Digital Products and Services, establish customer relationships, and provide qualified, motivated leads to our sales team. As a key member of the sales and marketing global team, the successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the company's solutions, competition, differentiators, and market focus. We are looking for an energetic, polished individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for relationship building. The successful candidate will gain expertise in accurately capturing and qualifying leads, driving engagement to key marketing initiatives, and relationship building. Day-to-day Responsibilities:Support the Inbound Marketing and Lead Generation cycle by prospecting accounts, building relationships, and landing on new accounts.Understand and deliver the Volteo Digital unique value proposition to prospect customers.Accurately capture, attract, follow up with, and qualify leads gathered from inbound marketing activities such as trade shows, webinars, inbound calls, and other marketing initiatives.Identify and qualify leads to develop and execute new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.Manage assigned accounts to continuously drive customer success and growth opportunities.Arrange product demonstrations and presentations that are tailored to the prospect and focus on value-based outcomes.Be the trusted advisor for the customer by understanding and influencing their existing and future Technology and Transformation roadmap.Create and update lead generation sales cadences for emails, messaging, and phone calls.Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers.Conduct market research and keep updated on product and industry knowledge, competitors, and industry trends.Skills and Qualifications:Interest in pursuing a sales career within a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent levels of customer activity to generate sales leads and meet quarterly objectives.Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work independently.Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills with the ability to influence decision makers
