.The Account Director will act as the primary liaison for one or more of our primary workstreams, spanning multiple client business units. The Account Director must have a strong operational background with a solid understanding of modern digital marketing execution from conception through delivery. They will be responsible for collaborating with multiple Agencies of Record (AORs), managing the production of digital and web assets, and supporting various marketing initiatives using effective analysis and leadership of daily operational processes. The Account Director will build and leverage working relationships across the client's brand team and delivery partners to ensure success. The individual must have a propensity for storytelling, problem solving, and be able to translate business requirements for successful digital marketing production.Location - HybridAt least two days per week in the client office or the Epsilon/Publicis office located in Mexico CityThe remaining weekdays may be remote work if desiredJob DescriptionManage client to help improve and grow their loyalty program and digital marketing business.Thorough understanding of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns; specifically email campaigns.Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements, weekly meetings/calls, monthly meetings, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, strategy sessions, quarterly account/benchmark reviews, and first level escalations.Fully understand the client's business including objectives, roles, and concerns.Effectively work with multiple departments, including international, throughout project development and implementation.Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals.Prepares well-organized, clear and concise communications such as status reports.Responsible for alerting management of any significant client changes or barriers that impact budget and/or timelines.Point of contact for the client; liaison to remote Epsilon Manage/Operations and Leadership teams; represent the client interests while balancing it with Epsilon objectives.Driver of communication with client; expectation setting, ex: budget, timeline, scope.Support the estimating, staffing, and scoping for projects, including retainers and contracts.Leverages knowledge of digital marketing trends and technology capabilities to provide recommendations and solutions to clients.Required Skills & ExperienceFluency in both Spanish and English and comfortable in translating as needed to support verbal and written communications between Epsilon & the Client.At least 8+ years of relevant client experience with agency-hosted loyalty programs including program strategy and program operations.Experience in or detailed knowledge of the Financial Services market in Mexico is a plus.Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.Proficiency in leading remote teams
