Your potential is waiting; why are you?Job Title: Account DirectorDepartment & Team: SalesReports to: Oscar ParraLocation: Mexico CitySummary:- The Account Director, Enterprise develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes needs to drive revenue for the entire Genesys suite of products through managing direct sales in the West Sales organization.Key Responsibilities:- Meeting and/or exceeding goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.- Sells and promotes the sales of Genesys products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.- Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings.
Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately manages forecast to achieve quarterly targets.- Acting as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.- Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.- Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.- Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.- Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important.- Hands on management style to provide coaching and guidance where needed to move deals through the sales cycle.- Building a relationship with key players in their customer accounts.Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree.- 6-10 years' sales management experience within technology industry.- Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.- Demonstrated track record in software sales.- The willingness to travel.Desirable Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communications skills: produce materials, deliver presentations, and perform general education.- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels.- Able to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision while providing regular updated on progress and challenges.- Demonstrated leadership skills.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys® orchestrates more than 70 billion remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
