Account Executive (Bilingue) (Parque Industrial

**Main Activities and Responsibilities**- Participation in account business reviews, category line reviews and new item presentations.- Provide strong leadership and detailed preparation during annual business planning for assigned customers with responsibility for volume forecasting accuracy.- Responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, routing problem resolution (including accounts receivable), and customer interaction.- Review of production schedule to anticipate changes in order status and proactively communicate issues to customers.- Coordinate and follow up on shipments of products until delivery.- Developing solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating with other departments and employees as needed, and working constantly with clients to ensure their needs are being met.- Review account budgets and pricing, improving cost effectiveness- Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures.
