**Responsibilities**- Campaign Management: Efficiently manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of client campaigns.- Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.- Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaboration with account managers, creative teams, technical teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of work across all client deliverables.- Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to client expectations and agency profitability.- Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, issues, or roadblocks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.- Team Development: Support and share feedback with peers and actively solicit support and feedback in return to create a culture of learning and continuous improvement.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- Proven experience (1-3 years) working in an account management or client-facing role within an agency or a digital marketing environment.- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, best practices, and industry standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.- Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado, Por periodo de pruebaDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSalario: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Días por enfermedad- Opción a contrato indefinido- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoExperiência:- Agencia de Marketing Digital: 3 años (Deseable)Licencia/Certificación:- C1 Advanced (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Remote
