**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
As an Account Executive, you will own researching and pitching upselling/cross-selling opportunities within our existing clients.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for researching opportunities that exist within our clientele and creating a pitch/approach to present to the client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding what services we currently provide for our clients
- Researching additional opportunities for services we can provide for our clients
- Creating a pitch that you will then present to our clients
- Networking with our existing clients to reach the appropriate stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Business Development team to price out specific solutions
- Monitoring your own sales performance through sales tracking tools
- Coordinating with our broader team and internal stakeholders to implement your accepted solutions
- Responding quickly to clients
- Make sure nothing falls through
- Reporting on stages, numbers, opportunities, etc
- Following up on action items, etc
- Thinking creatively

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor's/College degree or relevant experience in a discipline you're passionate about
- Experience in outsourcing or professional services is preferred
- **2-4 years experience in B2B sales**:
- **2-4 years of experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM**:
- **Have 2-5 years of relevant sales experience**:
- A proven track record of career advancement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers
- The ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
- A Customer-focused mentality and ability to adapt/respond to client's with diverse backgrounds
