This remote role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our revenue growth and company expansion.
**Responsibilities**:- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.- Developing strategies to upsell and cross-sell Pro Coffee Gear's products to maximize account revenue.- Collaborating with sales and support teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.- Delivering presentations tailored to the client's needs, demonstrating Pro Coffee Gears product offerings effectively.- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.- Proposing and utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
**Qualifications**:- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the e-commerce, wholesale, or SaaS sector.- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software.- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.- A high level of professionalism and the ability to engage with decision-makers.- Familiarity with the coffee industry, espresso machines, or related equipment is a plus.Please note: All applicants must submit their CV in English.
