**Profile**:- Collect, analyze, and process information from different companies, i.E., valuation and match of positions, as well as compensation calculations from the different consulting studies and surveys developed by the firm.- Participate in different stages of developing national and special compensation surveys for unionized and non-unionized personnel, analyzing information, and complying with established timelines.- Participate in the execution of special reports requested by Clients, such as: newsletters, executive summaries, presentations, summaries, etc.- Promote with assigned Clients: products, services, courses, and seminars offered by Aon.- Make weekly and monthly follow-up calls to Clients to request information on salaries, wages, benefits, and perks for the different surveys conducted in the compensation area.- Collaborate in activities inherent to the Compensation area.
