Our app & platform allow thousands of small merchants to accept cards, get micro-loans, manage their sales, please their customers, and sell new services in a breeze.**Job Description**:We are looking for a **Account Executive Jr.** to support our growth strategy in the Yucatan Peninsula. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition of customers (Merchants) through our strategic partners. This will imply traveling across Mexico depending on where our partners are based.You will be the person who will accompany our partners' sales force and train them to close a sale. All the way from the first contact, to the training and the sale of our product and services. By visiting prospective merchants with the partner's salesforce, you will be key for us to achieve our main objective: promoting financial inclusion!**Your mission**:- Gain valuable knowledge about KiWi's product and services and the Fintech industry.- Support the Growth team in getting the best results out of our strategic partners.- Own the merchant acquisition funnel: through training, pitching, negotiating, closing and after-sale.- Grow your role to develop professionally and contribute to the achievement of KiWi results.- Report to the CMO and Chief of Staff and record of daily business activities with your superiors.**Main Responsibilities**:- Ensure correct implementation of B2B2C sales strategy and boost acquisition of new merchants.- Build a relationship of trust and be an on-site acquisition expert for our strategic partners.- Acquisition of new merchants through our partners by training their salesforce and on your own.- Identify needs and opportunities in the market to detect potential client outside of our partners.- Provide follow-up and advice to the partner's salesforce.- Ensure the activation of the acquired accounts, promoting transactions and ensuring satisfaction.- Achieve or exceed 100% of the KPIs of the role
