What You'll Do: As an Account Executive you will be responsible for creating new revenue from new clients from the corporate segment. Your responsibilities will include:Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from identification to negotiation to executionReach and exceed your sales quota and quarterly targetsImplement sales process and strategiesAccurately forecast your sales commitmentPlan and execute successful sales callsFully understand a prospect's business challenges, decision-making, and purchasing processDevelop a deep knowledge of Voxy's learning approach and technical applicationAligning Voxy's solution to the prospect's business needsRepresent Voxy at Education and Human Resources Events together with the Sales Director in Mexico & ChileCollaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully manage new business opportunitiesAcquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends and competitors.What We're Looking For: A proven a sales hunter and closerYou have a strong track record of success in sales, and are passionate about education and technologyYou are an experienced sales professional with at least 3 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experienceYou have rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation, and analytic skillsYou are sharp, confident, resourceful, results oriented, proactive and have strong written and communication skillsYou have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are comfortable working in a start-up environmentYou have experience with high-growth technology companiesYou are a tireless networker!You are a power-user of CRM systems (SalesForce)You are bilingual (English, Spanish, etc.)Bachelor's Degree requiredSome travel is required based on business need (after pandemic)Experience in selling to Executive stakeholdersAbility to deliver client-centric and compelling sales pitches, use cases, and product demonstrationsBe able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environmentWhat will set you apart: Human Capital Technology, LMS, LXP or Ed Tech ExperienceExperience with Value Selling methodologyHR networkExperience in the Online Language IndustryIn addition to a rewarding job that that will directly impact how millions of students learn English, working here, you'll enjoy: Competitive salary (base/bonus/commission)Great benefits: medical insurance, cell phone & wifi reimbursement, home office & wellness budget, team eventsRemote friendly work policiesLanguage classes w/ VoxyWork with an international team based in the U.S., and globallyOngoing professional development and reimbursement for attendance at industry or professional conferences!Incredible team of super bright, creative, talented and passionate individualsWe believe in a workplace that is meant for everyone.
