***Applications until October 25th***What You'll DoFor the Global Mobility Sales Specialists Team, we are looking for a sales professional who will work with our Service Provider Sales Account Teams, our Enterprise Sales Account Teams, and MIG Business Unit to drive our business in the LATAM region for Cisco's Mobility Services Platform (MSP). This includes our IoT, Private 5G, and Public 5G solutions. You will have a very strong as-a-service (aaS) Sales background, are highly credible in front of our customers at the CXO level with business and commercial savvy, have experience working with mobile telecommunications operators, and the ability to orchestrate large Product Management, Engineering, and Sales organizations. You will take a consultative approach to drive sales and adoption of Cisco Mobility aaS platforms, solutions, and products.
Who You'll Work WithYou'll drive business development with existing partners, new routes to market, and new partner acquisition propositions. You'll be part of the global cross-functional team responsible for multiple technology platforms enabling as-a-service business models and you'll build and maintain positive relationships with customer prospects and all internal Cisco teams. In addition, this role engages in C-suite conversations in Connected Car OEM Accounts, interacts positively and proactively with other teams to find solutions to sophisticated issues, and delivers outstanding sales presentations and product demonstrations. You are an excellent problem solver, with multi-level relationship management skills, pragmatic, and able to steer a relationship to result.
Who You AreYou are a first-class customer CXO-facing communication professional with presentation skills to build immediate credibility and a successful multi-year track record in selling to C-Suite in MNOs and Enterprises. You also understand driving market insights, analyzing, and comprehending trends in the market across Enterprise and SP to drive converged Mobility SaaS offerings. You'll also be responsible for your deals to closure.
Minimum Qualifications10+ years of business development and sales experience selling IoT/M2M services and mobility platforms to the MNO/MVNO space10+ years of global experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) verticals and ecosystem7+ years of leadership experience, leading virtual cross-functional teams, both with technical and commercial background7+ years of validated experience working on SaaS, BSS/OSS, and Connectivity Management Platform products, preferably IoT Control Center, and a deep understanding of underlying software architectures and functionalitiesExcellent English language skills are a must, preferably multi-lingual in key LATAM languages (Spanish/English required, Portuguese preferred)Preferred QualificationsDeep and relevant knowledge of mobile telecommunication network infrastructures and Mobile Core Network architecturesGood understanding of building new routes-to-market and go-to-market motionsWireless GSM / GPRS / UMTS / LTE / DPI / Call flows / IP Routing / NAT / SSL / IPsec and other access technologies: Wi-Fi, LPWA, SatelliteProven network and positive relationships with major Service Providers in LATAMStrong program planning and implementation skills, excellent oral and written communication skillsOSS / BSS / Transformation / OperationsBachelor of Science or equivalent experience in a technical fieldAbility to travel 50% or moreWe will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, perform crucial job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
