About the RoleThe Sales Manager role is a phenomenal opportunity to demonstrate sales skills and abilities in order to expand the number of restaurants. We are looking for someone who is a natural at selling and knows where the best eats are in Mexico, passionate about food and who enjoys building the best partnerships.Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurants in different cities that fit our partnership criteria and leverage your skills in pitching, negotiating and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success!What You'll DoProspect and build partnerships with merchants in your geographic regionAcquire new restaurants through different channels and methodologies (cold calling, cold mailing, social media, among others)Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our merchants, including balanced economics for both partiesClearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projectsDevelop long-term relationships with key in-region partnersAchieve and consistently exceed monthly targetsPartner with our Operations and Account Managers to efficiently activate the best merchantsHelp us identify and build best practicesAct as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and productProactively maintain communication channels with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetingsGive accompaniment to new partners during their setup period to guarantee an optimal onboarding experienceWhat You'll NeedAt least 3 years of experience prospecting and closing deals with potential partnersAt least 3 years of proven track record at cold-calling and sales or similar roles (e.G., Account Executive, SDR, Hunter, Customer Success Representative, BDR, Sales Consultant, etc.)Availability to travel within the territory of your base cityExperience using a CRM (Salesforce) to manage daily activitiesAbility to build extraordinary customer relationshipsExperience in managing accounts portfoliosBasic understanding of digital marketingExcellent communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle time efficientlyHave a positive, self-driven team-first mentality with a desire to learnWork closely in a complex stakeholder environment with cross-functional teams to grow our business#J-18808-Ljbffr
