As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding team, focusing on the sales closing of the performance feature of our cutting-edge HR software, contributing to the growth of a newly established team dedicated to this strategic initiative.
What will you be doing? The Role Responsible for managing Sales qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience throughout the execution of the sales cycle for our Performance functionality.Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross-selling.Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.Collaborate daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our clients.Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.Have experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.You demonstrate full ownership of each activity you develop.You have native Portuguese level and are fluent in English.Bonus Points More than 2 years of experience in sales.You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.Previous experience in the SMBs market.Perks of being part of our team Save expenses with Cobee and get your salary in advance with Payflow.Healthy life with Gympass and Alan as private health insurance.Language classes with Yolk Academy & Factorial Language exchange.Breakfast in the office, organic fruit, and free caffeine and theine.Flexible schedules, pet-friendly, and no dress code!Is this you?!
