The Role The Account Executive will work on fast-growing workstreams for household brand names in the consumer and corporate space.

Responsibilities: Ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environmentAct as day-to-day client contact; continually foster client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource internally and externallyPlay key role in planning and implementation of account activities including account management, special events, media events, media relations, social media, program implementation, etc.Assist in developing and monitoring program plans; report status to client and agency management on a regular basis; assist in developing agendas and meeting recapsSupport multiple account teams with various projects across the portfolioWork with different disciplines on the team, e.g.
analytics, research, creativeDemonstrate ability to effectively develop a full range of written materials including client correspondence, media materials, social media content, reports, etc.Knowledge in using social media and digital platforms to drive awareness and ability to draft posts to generate engagement.Proofread and edit documents; consolidate team edits; maintain records of supporting reference materials.Aptitude to read and understand complex medical material.
Ability to rewrite information into easily digestible format.Continually build understanding and knowledge of clients' business and competitive environments; apply this information in preparing and presenting strategically focused programs and recommendations.Research industry and marketplace trends and summarize for teamsDevelop an understanding of research methods, coordinate internal and external resourcesBe flexible and facilitate teamwork within account team; coordinate team resourcesProvide additional support to teams and DC office as necessaryParticipate in office-wide initiatives, including professional development and brainstorm sessionsQualifications: Bilingual communications specialist- English and SpanishBachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, English, Public Health or a related field preferredOne year of experience in public relations agency or a similar positionDetail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage prioritiesAbility to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environmentAbility to juggle multiple projects with significant attention to detail.Exceptional writing skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $67,725.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
