.**About the Role**:As an Account Executive focused on new business development, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new customers for our offerings. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hunter Account Executive Growth with a hunter mentality to join our growing team.**What will you do**:- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion opportunities. Drive revenue growth by closing mid-size deals and exceeding sales targets consistently. Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of our platform. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. Leverage knowledge of MarTech solutions as a differentiator in the sales process. Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator to manage pipeline and drive efficiency. Demonstrate a challenger mindset by challenging customers' assumptions and providing insights to drive value. Implement and refine sales strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales approach accordingly.**What are we looking for?**:- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in a hybrid role, managing customers and closing new business in the SaaS industry. Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities for mid-size deals. Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building relationships with customers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with an average deal size of $25k ACV. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Lusha, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator. Challenger mindset with the ability to challenge customer assumptions and provide valuable insights. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including SEs, CSMs, and BDRs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Excitement for building and optimizing sales processes. MarTech experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with marketing technology solutions. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Adaptability to evolving market conditions and industry trends. Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest developments in the SaaS space
