RoverPass s a startup focusing on the campground and Holiday park industry. We provide campgrounds and Holiday parks with a property management system and marketing services to help drive them more business. We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach. The Sales team at RoverPass supports everything that we do, and you'll play an important role in growing the business.
**The role**:
As an Account Executive at RoverPass, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and recruiting new Campgrounds to join our platform. You will work to qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations, as well as collaborate with the Customer Success and Onboarding team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a** SaaS or technology-related industry.**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- ** Self-starter mentality with a track record of exceeding sales targets.**
- Comfortable with warm and cold-calling and conducting product demos.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- ** Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.**
- Familiarity with the **Google suite, Hubspot, Confluence, Slack and Air Call.**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Alignment with company goals and values.
- Knowledge of RV and campgrounds is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the benefits of using RoverPass to campground clients.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quota measured by quantity of new campgrounds using RoverPass products per month.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the campground and Holiday park industry to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Utilize standard corporate productivity tools (Google Workspace, Hubspot, Confluence, Slack, etc.) to manage sales activities and pipeline.
