**What you'll do**:- Lead strategy and thought leadership, as well as deliverables and communication for every digital channel across your assigned client accounts.- Builds and sustains relationships with senior-level clients, and becomes the client's trusted strategic digital transformation and marketing partner- Looks beyond the day-to-day needs of assigned accounts; ensures the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue- Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously- Work directly with client to create a positive experience that exceeds client's business expectations and needs- Consistently reviews client satisfaction toward short- and long-term goals- Seek new opportunities to advance relationship with client- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties**Requirements**:- 8+ years experience on marketing agency, consultancy and/or client side and managing people and/or teams.- Fluent in English and Spanish- A critical thinking, problem solver able to mobilize large cross functional teams- Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale strategies and programs, with experience managing diverse set of marketing programs mapping back to larger strategy and achieving key objectives- A comfort level with data and analytics to measure and optimize programs- Experience leading and developing teams- Strong communication and relationship building skills with key partners and stakeholders- You work hard but like to enjoy what you do and have fun in the process- Entertainment networking (have experience with this industry) will be a huge plusLI-AC1**About Media.Monks**:At Media.Monks, you'll be joining a highly ambitious company on a global mission to win the decade by changing the industry for good.
