The Role Solera is seeking a driven and customer-centric Account Manager to support the claims vertical in our office located in São Paulo, Brazil. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients in the claims industry, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within the claims vertical, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Understand clients' business needs and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional value and support. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to develop and execute account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns,
and identify opportunities for improvement. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to help them optimize their operations and achieve their objectives. Ana
