Their success is built on diverse strengths across different teams, functions, and geographies.The roleDirecting the sales approach, the Account Manager will be keen to learn and be part of their success, corporate culture, and team spirit. He will maintain the existing relationship with key customers while also developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. The role will be the product and service sales evangelist in a specific geography. The Account Manager's duties will include the building and maintenance of a pipeline of opportunities to achieve the allocated sales quota, including the documentation of all actions taken. The reliability of the Sales forecast will be an important success factor.Responsibilities:Account Management of existing Business Unit customers, selling new products and services (maintaining Account plans and white space analysis).Bringing new logos: research, identify, and engage with new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.Help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline.Undertake sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.Own and manage the relationship with key partners and resellers to support business growth.Support the design of the business development sales and marketing strategy.Expand/Build contact lists and initiate the first point of contact opportunity.Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.Liaise with the finance team, and sales operations departments as appropriate.Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Monitors costs, competition, and supply and demand.Establishes consistent sales development to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions across customer brand(s).Confers with leadership to review achievements and discuss required changes in product and sales strategies and tactics utilized in achieving sales goals or objectives.Developing and negotiating contracts with customers and their procurement teams.Requirements:Market understanding and a first sales experience in Telecom or IT.Excellent communication skills; oral and written communications to technical, business, and executive audiences, including effective demonstration and presentation techniques.Comfortable working with and understanding complex business solutions.Salesforce agile.Fluent in English and Spanish at a professional level
