Account Manager Account

· Steers and validates provision of relevant information about the customer in the area of responsibility.· Validates RFQ conditions, customer project portfolio development, the realization of potential customer target costs in the area of responsibility and informs all relevant parties.· Drives the business on customer or car line level (margin contribution), the strategic business planning, and the operational reporting.· Approves and steers measures execution for margin improvements in the area of responsibility.· Decides and negotiates with the customer in case of arbitration of customer volume/demand in order to optimize production costs.· Acts towards the customer as first contact person and coordinates and tracks all topics/escalations addressed from the customer.· Manages positive positioning of LEONI at the customer regarding image, marketing, brand proactively, and customer feedback.· Collects customer claims and coordinates solutions at car line level that all customer claims are negotiated and paid in the targeted timeline with the requested result.· Manages the on-time cash collection and overdue payments & deductions in the area of responsibility in cooperation with Customer Billing.Required Skills:· Bachelor's degree completed.· Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position.· Advanced English.· Data, Gap, Trend, and Cost Benefit Analysis.· Business Knowledge.Apply online.
