We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.**Responsibilities**:- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts located in Northern Mexico States (Sonora, Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Durango, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas)- Responsible for direct legal quota.- Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.- Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.- Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.- Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.Qualifications:- Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering Bachelors or Masters or University Degree or equivalent.- Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.- Postgraduate and/or certification/ license may be required- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.- Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing role- Demonstrated high sense of urgency and service attitude- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Fluent Written and Verbal Spanish and English CommunicationCareers Privacy Statement**Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
