**Responsibilities**:
- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts located in Northern Mexico States (Sonora, Sinaloa, Chihuahua, Durango, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas)
- Responsible for direct legal quota.
- Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
- Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
- Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.
- Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
Qualifications:
- Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering Bachelors or Masters or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Postgraduate and/or certification/ license may be required
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing role
- Demonstrated high sense of urgency and service attitude
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent Written and Verbal Spanish and English Communication
