.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSales of Metso Outotec MA equipment and solutions, including support of sales performed by KAMs and proposal efforts.Together with Regional Sales Manager ensure the collection and sharing of all source information needed for quotations and for technical solutions.Identify potential projects, and the preparation and maintenance of current and future projects list.Promotion of new products.Maintain effective communications and relationships with existing customers and potential ones.Review of customer inquiries, identifying needs, requirements, comments/exceptions, and applicability to supplied equipment as necessary.Work with customers and engineering to develop customer specific grinding mill specifications or requirementsAssist project managers as required with questions and discrepancies during contract execution phase.Monitor start-up, commissioning, and initial operation of new and existing projects to collect data and determine customer satisfaction.Troubleshoot and optimize existing installations when required by customers.Attend and present MAC equipment at industry exhibitions/conferences/Takes care of sales and training materials for promoting products.Work with engineering and purchasing to optimize design and cost including optimizing supply chain.Work with ESBL and to support customers and develop business.**PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS**:Increase of company market share for Metso Outotec equipment.Implementation of the sales plan.Good working contacts with key customers.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 3+ years experience in related field or job.Must have the ability to complete assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision.Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with a high degree ofaccuracy and attention to detail.Previous experience in proposal type activities with minerals processing equipment required.Must be able to make good business decisions based on facts and be able to accurately assess specific conditions.Ability to understand engineering drawings required.SKILLS AND ABILITIESDemonstrates dependability and punctuality.Observes safety regulations and exhibits a concern for safety.Shows commitment to quality ethics and focuses on meeting the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.Manages time, skills and resources to produce maximum volume of work and reduction of errors.Written and oral communications are organized, clear, concise and accurate.Listens carefully.
