We work with **ecommerce **businesses to help **them achieve their goals** through **digital marketing **channels including **marketing & advertising** strategies, we currently work with 10x eCommerce businesses!We are an **extension of the client's marketing department** to help guide marketing strategy and help them grow their business. We also **share insights** that we have from working with so many other businesses.We need someone who can be **client-facing** and be responsible for **building client relationships**, keeping them **updated **on work, **following up** on action items from clients, meeting with the clients and sharing results. And for that we're hiring an **Account Manager!**Your job will be faced in 50% client communication - 30% project management - 20% reviewing client strategies to prepare for client communication- Kindly send your CV in English!_**What will you do?**- Customer service, communication with clients and analysing their concerns for reviewing strategies to improvements methods on clients frustrations; - Record, compile, and share all relevant client information and communication; - Discuss client needs with the marketing team to ensure client goals are being achieved!- Communicate the strategies and tactics being employed by the marketing team to clients.- Speaks English at a C1/C2 level!- Have experience with customer service on ecommerce companies, at least a couple of years!- If you worked with Shopify in the past, it's a plus!- Have been using project management softwares in the past!- Have amazing communicational skills and is able to build meaningful bonds with the clients to help improve their corners- Keep your workload tidy-up and your archives organised!- Have no fear of going the extra mile to improve your revenue!**What do we offer?**- Compensation to knock your socks out USD 2000-2500; - Plus a one time 10% commission on client upsells!- Today we have 3 months of trial period, to see if we are a good fit for you as you're for us!- We encourage you to take 14 vacation days per year!- 1 month of shadowing learning for you to immerse on your daily activities!- And of course remote workforce job offer, so that you can work comfortably wherever you are!**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month**Experience**:- customer service on ecommerce companies: 2 years (required)- project management softwares: 1 year (required)**Language**:- english?
