**Account Manager****Location**: Mexico - RemoteAre you a skilled communicator with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships? Do you have a knack for identifying business opportunities and finding creative solutions to meet your clients' needs? Then you belong with us!As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of the company's most important clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to meet their goals, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.**Responsibilities**:- Manage relationships with accounts, including regular communication, problem resolution, and account strategy development- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts- Develop and implement account plans to achieve growth targets and exceed customer expectations- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts- Track and report on account performance and deliver regular updates to senior management**Qualifications**:- 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably with a focus on accounts- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with clients- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels- Ability to think strategically and develop customized solutions for clients- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field**Additional Perks**- Competitive salary- Remote work option with home internet allowance- Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, and vision)- Savings fund- Food coupons- 30 days Christmas bonus- 25 Total days off first year (Vacation, Sick, PTO)- 50% Vacation premium- Education stipend**About Nimble Gravity**Nimble Gravity is a team of outdoor enthusiasts, adrenaline seekers, and experienced growth hackers.
