It's a dynamic, fast paced, solutions-focused start-up environment that brings client and agency closer together to co-create more effective and efficient work.**Role Summary**:As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring efficient project execution, and driving exceptional results. Your expertise in project management, creative and production environment will be essential in delivering outstanding results. You will lead a talented team of professionals while interfacing with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.- Act as the primary point of contact for Netflix, understanding their needs, objectives, and preferences.- Cultivate strong relationships with Netflix stakeholders, establishing trust and ensuring client satisfaction.- Collaborate with the client to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.- Lead a team of Project Managers, Designers, and Editors, providing guidance and support.- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.- Conduct regular team meetings, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback.- Oversee project planning and resource allocation to meet production demands effectively.- Ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.- Monitor project performance metrics and regularly report progress to Netflix and internal stakeholders.- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.- Collaborate with teams from various regions to ensure a consistent approach to projects.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across the global team.**Experience and Eduacation**:- English Level: Advanced/ Native.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a production agency or media-related industry.- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.- Strong knowledge of creative design and editorial processes.- Demonstrated experience managing global teams and working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.- Familiarity with the entertainment industry and streaming platforms is a plus.**What do we offer?**- Monthly Base Salary: $47,000-50,000 (sueldo bruto)- Above Law Benefits since day one.- Hybrid work systemTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $47,000.00 - $50,000
